The current study investigates the factors predicting EI among women in Jordan. The study included 315 healthy women aged 18–45 years without ongoing health conditions. An assessment of sleep quality was performed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) while Trait Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS) was used to assess EI. Multiple linear regression reveals that, among all factors included in the model, only total sleep score (p<0.03), income (p<0.04), and education (p<0.04) are associated with EI. Furthermore, ANOVA revealed a significant effect of education level (P<0.001) for TMMS. An additio

Traditional medicine has been recognized as an important field of research in global healthcare, with increasing emphasis on evidence-based validation and standardization. Mongolia has a well-established tradition of utilizing herbal-based formulations as a means of disease prevention and treatment, with insomnia being one of the conditions commonly addressed. This investigation aimed to characterize the phytochemical composition and identify the bioactive compounds in "Lactuca," a recently developed, traditionally inspired herbal preparation. Phytochemical screening was carried out using thin

Ear anatomy is difficult for first-year medical students to visualise using conventional methods alone, particularly given limited access to temporal bone specimens. Technology-enhanced resources and serious games may help bridge this gap, but evidence from Indian MBBS settings remains scarce. To evaluate whether adding a 3D virtual simulation game to a standard lecture improves knowledge, spatial understanding and clinical performance in ear anatomy, and to explore students’ self-perceived learning, satisfaction, cognitive load, usage patterns and qualitative feedback. In this quasi-experim

Management of complex cerebral aneurysms requiring a superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery (STA-MCA) bypass demands triphasic hemodynamic stabilization (pre-clipping, during temporary clipping, and post-revascularization) to maintain adequate cerebral perfusion pressure and prevent complications such as rupture and perioperative ischemia. A 48-year-old woman with a history of hypertension and subarachnoid hemorrhage (Modified Fisher Grade 4) underwent right MCA aneurysm clipping with STA-MCA bypass accompanied by lumbar drainage to achieve optimal brain relaxation and perfusion st
