To clinically evaluate the technical response and vital relationship between the periodontal tissues and anterior dental crowns made from zirconia designed using CAD\CAM technology. The study sample consisted of 36 upper and lower anterior crowns requiring crown lengthening prior to crowning anterior teeth with zirconia for prosthetic and esthetic purposes. We surgically lengthened the teeth to be crowned, then prepared the teeth to receive all-ceramic crowns. The results demonstrated aesthetic and vital results and fulfilling the mechanical requirements of the final crowns. We conclude that p

This study aims to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the Ovate Pontic design, a technique that remains under-utilized despite its potential benefits either biologically or esthetically. With the increasing demand for conservative and soft-tissue-compatible prosthetic solutions, exploring alternative pontic designs has become increasingly relevant in contemporary dental practice. This study was conducted on 12 patients with a tooth,s loss in the esthetic zone.,investigating soft tissue response, alveolar bone preservation, and clinical stability of ovate pontics with an up βto six month
