This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge and perception regarding the use of miswak in oral health care among dental patients in a public university. The study was conducted using an online questionnaire distributed to patients aged 18 years and above. The survey collected information about patients’ knowledge, attitude, and perception toward miswak and oral care. This study examines the effect of Perceived Organisational Support (POS) on Organisational Commitment, Employee Well-Being, and Intention to Stay among employees of Muji Rahayu Hospital in Surabaya. The method used was explanatory quantitative with Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results showed that POS had a significant positive effect on organisational commitment and employee well-being, which in turn increased the intention to stay.
